The Auctions4acause.com review shows that this is an online auction site that works in conjunction with non profit agencies to raise funds for the charity. The website is billed as “a new innovative method to raise funds for charity”. It may be new and innovative but frankly I found the process as it was laid out a bit confusing. Actually when I visited I was greeted with the following message “Auctions 4 a Cause, a pioneer in the US for "Highest Unique Bid" Auctions is going to change its format so come back soon for more details. 

Since we are all about getting products for less than retail, here are some related sites and money savings tips we'd like to pass along” this message was followed by a list of auction sites that had nothing to do with charities.  

I am not certain how long the website has been inactive and there was not indication at what point it will become active again.  

Some Site Facts  

When auctions4acause.com is operating there are a slew of fees that have to be paid to bid on the site. You have to pay a bidders fee for each auction. This fee ranges from around nine dollars to around twenty dollars. You also have to purchase bid credits.  

The Auctions4acause.com review shows that the website information is sort of laid out in the FAQ section of the site but it is a little difficult to really grasp how it all works. There is a get it 4 price listed at the auction but you can not bid above the get it 4 price, which I thought was a bit confusing.  

What Consumers Have to Say? 

Consumers have actually had nothing to say. I could not find any reviews that pointed to the site being positive or negative. Perhaps the site has been reformatting for a while and there just has not been any action on the site to review. Hard to say whether this site was worth the pre paid fees or not.  

Overall 

I checked with the Better Business Bureau to see if there were any complaints registered. There were not any complaints, but then again it is hard to determine if it is because the site is down or whether it is a legitimate website that no one complained about.  

You could check back periodically to see if they are up and running yet. My suggestion to the webmaster is to post a projected date of return or you will lose hundreds of potential customers who will get tired of checking back to see if it is up and running.
