Foreclosures.com Review – Is Foreclosures.com a Scam?  

The Foreclosures.com review shows that this is a website that shares information regarding foreclosed properties with it’s paying members. This website has been up and running since 1995 one of the longest if not the longest websites of its kind in the industry. Probably the most well know and popular foreclosure site on the market is Auction Resource.

This website began in 1995 and only listed a few California counties has since grown into a nationwide business.  This website offers a slew of services to include at home training materials.  

Site Information  

The website is well laid out. It is very easy to navigate and there is a lot of information that you can access without ever having to become a member which is a nice advantage.  

There is an about us page that discusses the founders of the company and the contact page is comprehensive which is always nice. There is contact information for technical support, sales support and coaching support.  

Costs 

This site is a bit more expensive than the industry standard. The monthly fee for full access is $49.95 with a bunch of ala carte fees as well. The costs for this site can add up quickly so if you decide to use this service than you need to watch the charges diligently. 

There is a  7 day free trial that is offered on this site but beware if you do not cancel before the 7^th day than you will be charged the $49.95.  Fees are not refundable. If you cancel in the middle of the month you will not receive any partial refunds.  

What The Site Offers  

This site is a service site, that means that you are provided with a service for your membership fee. In this particular case the service is foreclosure lists. This is not a unique service by any means.  

Foreclosure.com is one of the larger service providers in this industry with plenty of mixed reviews. You will  be offered training tutorials and coaching services at an additional fee.  There are also Ebooks and other training materials that can also be purchased for an additional fee. Seminars are offered through the site as well. 

Independent Reviews 

The reviews are scary for example one individual on ripoffreport.com left this tidbit “If you've done your research, you'll have found that Money magazine did an article on McGee and she will not provide any information about the "numerous" foreclosures she or her coaches have done. Run away as fast as you can and do not for a minute consider signing up for these seminars...she just wants your money and then it's on to the next sucker!” 

And another on the same site “I was ripped off by Foreclosures.com Alexis's the guru was a waste of money and she seems to want to hit you up everywhere you turn.”. 

The reviews did not get any better the more I searched.  

Overall, the Foreclosures.com review shows that this is a viable site and is not a scam, however not as popular as Auction Resource.
