The Foreclosuretimes.com reviews show that this is a website that gives its members access to foreclosed property information across the US. This is a membership based website which means unless you pay the membership fee you can not access any pertinent information about the properties that are listed. While this site is gaining popularity, Auction Resource is still the most popular foreclosure real estate site.

The foreclosure crisis has resulted in these types of sites popping up all over the web and they all seem to follow the same business model.  

If you are in the market for a new home or you have some money you would like to invest in a property than this site can be an asset.  

Membership Fees 

Like many websites of this nature there is a seven day “free” trial period. The free trial period costs $3.00. The monthly membership fee is $39.95 or you can opt for the yearly membership which is $175.00. 

This fee is the industry average but still seems a bit steep. In essence you are purchasing a list of foreclosed homes that is available for free through any country court house.  

Many of these sites have had complaints filed against them because a lot of folks have had some problems getting the automatic payment to stop.  

Ease of Use 

The site is super easy to use. Everything is laid out in a professional manner. The website is attractive without being too flashy.

I could not find anything that pointed toward this site being a positive experience.
