As a broker with property to list basic membership is free but with the basic membership some of the features are restricted. If you are someone looking for a deal on real estate, you might want to try Foreclosure.com. 

Premium membership allows access to all the features.  There is a toll free number listed for questions.  I called the toll free number and after a lengthy hold time and being passed around from one automated system to another I was transferred to a voice mail that stated  I should leave my name and number and someone would contact me within two business hours. Ultimately discovering the fees for premium membership did not happen.  

Ease of Use 

For all intents and purposes the website is definitely user friendly. It was easy to navigate and was overall pretty simplistic. There are some great features available to the real estate professional. Things like the prospectus list is a nice feature, every time someone accesses a property that you have listed their information is sent right to your inbox.  

As a business that is looking for commercial space to buy or to lease this website provides you with tons of options. This website is especially helpful if you are looking for commercial property out of town.  You can easily access property around the US for lease and for sale. This will definitely provide you with more opportunities to find what you are looking for. Plus it is free to search!
